Tomorrow never comes.  Well, so we are told.Technically, it never comes because as soon as it does, it becomes today.  But that's like telling a pauper money is an abstract set of numbers in a computer or on a piece of paper,  It may be in principle, but the experience is so different.
You worry about what tomorrow may bring. You fear it is nearly here and you are not ready. The seeds of tomorrow are in today. And they are in your BRIGHTEST HOPES, not your deepest fears.
Sometimes it's nice to get an unexpected hug for no other reason than just because you're loved and cared for.
It's a good feeling to know that simply because you're you, someone wants to show you how much you mean to them.
So while you're reading these words, don't think of them as just words ...
Think of each one as a hug for your heart from mine!

I had my own notion of grief, I thought it was a sad time
That followed the death of someone you love
and you had to push through it to get to the other side.
There is no pushing through but rather there is Absorption, Adjustment, Acceptance.
Grief is not something that you complete but rather you endure.
Grief is not a task to finish and move on
but an element of yourself - an alteration of your being, a new way of seeing, a new definition of self.

"If  you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow"
- Buddhist Saying -
We are very critical of ourselves, to the point where we are even our own enemies.  Meditation is a way of making up that quarrel, of accepting ourselves, making friends with ourselves.  We find that we are not as bad as we have been told we are.

Why not think about some things you've never done before and do them just because you've never done them and for no other reason?
